We inspect a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, condos, multi-family dwellings, small commercial properties, and light industrial buildings.  Additionally, multiple ancillary services such as Radon testing, Pools, Hot Tubs, Private Well Function Equipment, Water Quality Testing, Indoor Air Quality and Mold Testing, as well as other environmental hazards.

While it is not required, we highly recommend that you be present during the Home Inspection. This allows us to explain our findings in person and answer any questions you may have.  Most clients show up towards the end so that our inspectors can simply review our findings and answer any questions.

In NC, we are state-licensed which requires us to follow the North Carolina Standards of Practice (NCSOP).  As such, we are required to follow the inspection guidelines as a minimum; however, we stive to exceed this as our commitment to our clients.  You can always exceed the standard and with our motto, we want to ensure our clients have all of the information they can to make their best decisions.  To that end, once booked, we will follow up with our Inspection Service Agreement, or contract, which is required by NC Law to be returned prior to us performing services.
